For those who didn't arrive the night before, today is arrival day for everyone. If I haven't forgotten anyone, the transfers are all organized.

There is no specific program. Not knowing what the weather will be like, we could meet for a walk in the city or for lunch somewhere, or at our place for a chat.
The first social appointment for everyone is for dinner.

Friday the 8th is a national holiday, so some shops will be closed. If you think you need anything (for example, shampoo, conditioner, or anything else you want to avoid carrying in your luggage), let me know so I can get it for you in advance, or otherwise prepare yourselves in time if the supermarkets are closed.

The restaurant is a short walk from the hotel. We have booked a simple menu so that everyone can choose what they prefer. We think it's a pleasant way to settle in and get to know each other.
SATURDAY, MAY 9
Day of the ceremony

Appointment for the ceremony at the Museum of Applied Arts
Uměleckoprůmyslové muzeum - Husova 536).
Weather permitting, the plan could be to meet at 11:00 at the hotel and go all together to the Museum for the ceremony.
12:00
The ceremony starts at 12:00 and shouldn't last more than half an hour. Obviously, it's in Czech but there will be a translator (for me and the best man). I don't know how much of the rest will be translated, but as you can imagine, it's the usual standard stuff.
13:00 – 19:00
After the ceremony, we will move for lunch not far away at the Hotel International.
19:00 onwards
We have no plans for after dinner. Everything is left a bit free depending on how we feel and what we feel like doing. In any case, in the city center, there are many places where we can move for a beer or simply to sit together again.

For those leaving in the morning, we will see each other at the hotel to go to the station together to say goodbye.

For those leaving with the 13:18 train, we thought of organizing a brunch or even just a coffee before leaving, but we can also decide this at the last minute depending on the weather.
